13 pieces of shit, 7 children, and a wonderful new year outing
I also Love this particular dog who tolerated S.E.V.E.N SCREAMING-CRYING-JUMPING-CLIMBING-TALKING-WAILING-CLAMBERING-CROWDING-TOUCHYFEELY-UNPREDICTABLE CHILDREN for slightly over An Hour. if there were 100 bones hanging on trees, i'd jump up and get 120 down for you. my dog is completely awesome (apart from the fact she can't do 'roll over' anymore)
she shit SO MUCH last night it wasn't funny. i barely could hold it all in ONE HAND. u know, it somehow felt like a marche's trip to the 'zichar' stall where you pile and pile the veggies on? yeah. it felt like that when i was holding shit. wierd huh? of course i was a smarty pants enuff to realise that she'd have a fantastic stomachache in the middle of the night after eating so much in the day (she probably hasn't eaten that much in... i dunno man.... her whole life? serious. blame it on the kids)
anyway, today was surprisingly good cause we went to an aunt's place (she has a house with a backyard) and since her old 17yr old dog Pepsi died, me and my cousins hadn't explored the backyard, sideyards, and frontyard of the house!! Pepsi was a little... erm.. wacky. 27-17 = ONE DECADE. so most of the kids (me included) had fun running around the outside of the house playing 'catch' with the dog! Gin was super happy and super tired after that la. she also played hide and seek with my youngest cousin maverick, and me. :) sarah tried too but the silly dog didn't know who she was supposed to look for and ended up just galloping around after Nothing in Particular...
Even Auntie June (another aunt who is so phobic that she wouldn't come out of her room for 5mins straight when we went to visit at her place yesterday) came out to observe the fun and games and took numerous photos of the Bitch. And (shockingly) put one of the photos on her phone wallpaper.
to my long suffering eusoff friends: the next time we have a party (hopefully its sometime soon!) and you invite the Bitch, she is unlikely to give (too much) trouble. she was a model dog and didn't bark at anyone today (except in excitement, when she was chasing me around the house!) she's reformed after.... 9+3=12 HOURS of training! hahahah....
and the people who matter gave her an angpow this year. hurhurhur. dad gave one the day before new year to put under her bed. mom gave one today, and my Grandmother gave her one (personally) yesterday! last year. it'll all go into the scrapbook tt eddie brought from his travels. can u believe that the silly dog actually has a scrapbook. even I dont' own a scrapbook. pfft.
OKAY. perfectly random comment time:
my friend's dog Troy is looking for a loving home. Troy is a 3 yr old wire-haired jackrussell terrier whose owners are going to sydney and are not intending to bring him along. Troy used to be gin's classmate in school-they graduated together. he's a sweetie and Definitely Milder in temperament than Gin. So if you know how Gin behaves, you'll find troy Fantastic. hahahah! also Troy uses the same training method as gin, which is positive reinforcement. well. lemme know if u / ur friends are interested in having him over permanently.
This is how troy looks after his bath:
