breathless

first day of lessons proper was a whirlwind. mad rush to coordinate schedules, collate schemes of work, zap handouts, settle cca, administrating my leave for RFKC training in june ... some of this could have been done beforehand, or even before the holidays, but hey, abit sadomasochistic, but i live for the exhilaration of feeling the pressure.

another kind of pressure is also coming down hard on the staff. pressure on the bladder. 'Downstairs' has decided that 2 toilets for the 100++ staff is too few (yeah. tell us after 4 years huh) and they've decided to Renovate the entire staff toilet area. read: NO MORE TOILETS in the staff room for the next month or so. BOO HOO. all of us are either running up to the Haven, or running down to the General Office toilets, or using the toilets near the classrooms (FAR from staffrooms), OR, as i've just tried, sharing toilets with the canteen aunties.... waaaaalk walk walk.

as our legs get stronger, pelvic walls grow weaker.

the new toilets had Better be Darn GOOD.
