I love Kobe and Natsuko

on monday, i took a train down to kobe to meet up with aaron's girlfriend, natsuko.

i like natsuko very much. and i think she likes me as well. but somehow. i think she definitely still prefers aaron. :P

met her at 三宮駅 and we proceeded for a little walk around the area. kobe is an incredible place, because there is such a fusion and blend of international influences in the city. churches are beautifully modern with clean lines (of cos there are also chruches are built as part of a hotel so that couples can get married in church .... interestingly strange, we also came across what was a really beautiful italian restaurant ... the restaurant closed down and is now for rent!

seriously, if i were to choose (based on my limited knowledge of japan) where i would like to live, i'd now choose kobe. :) kobe desserts are supposed to be very good too!!! hehe suits me to a T!

after our little tour of the area, we went to eat ... KOBE BEEF!!!!! it was so enjoyable not only because i had a fantastic companion, or that the beef was the best i'd ever tasted, but because of the WAITER!!!!! hahaah

This guy, amused us throughout lunch by his dry wit and wry smile and his mysterious ways. although we asked his name, we aren't even sure if he's really who he says he is.. and he added that he's chinese but can't really speak (as far as i can tell) chinese very well! :) he remained an enigma till the end! :)

i'd forgotten that the beef is so good because they marinade the cow when its alive, not when its dead! u see, it pays to invest in the living! it will pay dividends.

there are no more picture after this because we were too absorbed in the experience to worry about silly things like taking photographs *burp*


after lunch, we didn't go shopping or do much sightseeing because there was no time. but natsuko brought me up a nearby mountain by cablecar ! i don't remember having seen such a beautiful sky in ages.


we ate again!!! the apple pie looks yummy right? its because i take good photos!!!
