trip back to singapore

as some of you might know, i was blessed enough to get a chance to return to singapore. although it was officially a 'work' trip that i took with Shimizu-sensei, Ogawa-sensei, and Hiromi (see pic!) I got to do most of what i wanted to do.




Visited PJ, NY, and Dunearn, managed to eat great dim sum with my family and surprise my grandma! ho ho ho!


Besides obsessively stocking up on tampons (tampax pearl super extra!) and anti-perspirants, i also managed to eat my fill:

1) jumbo seafood restaurant (a first for me! chilli crab, pepper crab)
2) yummy chinese 6-7course meal with sandra (breaded prawns, steamed sea bass, and soup are now only beautiful memories)
3) red star dim sum (lovely porridge, REAL hargao siewmai, eggtarts etc!)
4) tiong bahru porridge and you tiao (courtesy of yan's daddy)
5) an assortment of chinese kueis (courtesy of mr kwek)
6) longtong and chicken rice! (courtesy of pj!)
7) thai greencurry and an assortment of 'hot' food (thanks to my godfather)
